Our Fees
The fee is based on the ODA Endodontic fee guide. Once the treatment is determined at the first visit the fee will be discussed with you in detail. A pre-determination will be sent to the dental insurance company and the insurance will notify you the coverage. We will submit the claim to your insurance company on the day of the consultation and final treatment appointment. Our office is a non-assignment office (which means, you will be responsible for the full amount and the insurance company will reimburse you directly). If this is not feasible for you, please contact the office to discuss with the Office Manager.
